Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact Black Horse at support@blackhorseshop.in or +91 8320561168 within 72 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photographs where relevant.

We offer a size exchange, subject to availability and quality inspection. A ₹250 exchange processing fee applies per exchange. Only one size exchange is permitted per order.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your PIN code. If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful after two attempts, we will provide return instructions.

After we receive and inspect an eligible item, we will process the approved exchange within 24–48 working hours. Refunds are considered only for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect items; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's processing time.
