Shipping Policy

Black Horse offers free standard shipping within India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier service. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by operational, weather, or carrier delays.

Cash on Delivery is available in India where supported. Please place a COD order only if you intend to accept delivery. Open delivery is not available; parcels must be accepted only after full payment.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal of a COD order, any reshipping charges may apply.
